How do I look after my new products?

Clear or coloured acrylic products;

• These are NOT dishwasher safe.
• Hand wash in warm soapy water.
• These are heat sensitive, excessive temps may warp or deform the product.

PLA plastic 3D printed products;

• These are NOT dishwasher safe.
• Hand wash in warm soapy water.
• Do not submerge or soak in water for long periods of time.
• These are heat sensitive, excessive temps may warp or deform the product.

What is PLA Plastic?

PLA plastic is a biodegradable plastic made out of renewable plant based materials such as sugar cane or corn/potato starch.

Why do some stamps come with handles and some don't?

Larger stamps do not come with handles to allow you to roll a rolling pin across the back to aid in getting a nicer print. Smaller prints can be very difficult with out a handle to pull off fondant, cookie dough ect.

How do I stop my stamp sticking when embossing or raising?

A light dusting of flour or icing sugar will stop the fondant or dough from sticking top your stamp.

What colour will my PLA cutter come?

Unfortunately we can not confirm the colour of the plastic as it is as per availability. If you have any special requirements please contact us at rob@bearandfox.com.au

Turnaround

All products are made to order. After you place your order we will endevour to get your order out within 1 - 3 business days. October to November turnaround is 5 to 7 days due to the increased Christmas orders.

Shipping

All items will be sent express tracked post via the Australian Postal Service. We will send you an email with the tracking number once your order is completed and has been shipped.

International Shipping - All customs fees and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local post office to find out what charges apply on delivery.
